HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide.
Each order is charged at $11 USD for standard shipping
and will take between 10-20 business days.
We offer local shipping Each order is charged at 15 Shekels or 35 Shekels, depends on estimated delivery
and will take between 10-20 business days, or between 2-3 business days.
Our shipping price is a flat rate regardless of location or how many pieces you order.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?
If your order has not arrived, please look up your tracking number in the shipment confirmation email that was sent out to you. If you still can't locate your order, please email us at hadar@hl-style.com and we’ll be happy to help.
RETURNS
NO RETURNS ON THE PONY ROLLERS
We offer returns upon request made within 14 days of receiving your order. Clothing must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.
